Payam has been practicing real estate for over 20 years. He became a multifamily advisor focused on apartment buildings in San Francisco in 2009. He started in the lending arena in 2003. So far, he has participated in over $550,000,000 worth of investment property sales in over 130 transactions.

He can provide comprehensive San Francisco multifamily market insight and data. Payam advises his clients, fiduciaries, attorneys and lenders through market volatility, family and partnership disputes and estate planning. He also helps them successfully accomplish 1031 Exchanges to better balance their real estate portfolios when needed.

He's always happy to share information and be a resource. He lives, works and plays in San Francisco with his wife, son (who is six and in kindergarten) and friends.

Payam is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is an active member of the ULI San Francisco Programs Committee, San Francisco Multi-Family Marketing Group and San Francisco Apartment Broker’s Forum.

Accomplishments

Recipient of the Rookie of the Year Award from Colliers International - San Francisco.
Sourced and closed the two largest multifamily sales in San Francisco in 2023. Sold one of them to the city to house Transitional Aged Youth.
