I have worked very recently with the Colliers Multi-family group consisting of James Devincenti, Brad Lagomarsino and Dustin Dolby. I was the owner of two apartment buildings on the top of Russian Hill consisting of 61 units total. I was not initially convinced that I wanted to sell when first I was contacted by the Colliers group. They offered to complete a survey of the market and to come up with an estimate of the selling price. They prepared a very detailed estimate that was significantly more than I had felt the properties could be sold for. I agreed to let them market the buildings. They prepared outstanding sales materials and generated multiple offers for the property. The final price that I accepted was even higher than their estimate.
This team of professionals did a fantastic job for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only did they secure a very good price for the buildings and a highly qualified buyer, but the handled with ease the details connected with the close of the transaction. Anyone considering the sale of their multi-family property would do well to list with this group.

Thank you very much for assisting us with the sale of our three (3) highrise apartment buildings (consisting of 109 units) known as "Lombard Place Apartments" in Russian Hill.
As you know, the decision to select a broker to represent us in the sale was a difficult one, especially since two of my golfing partners are apartment real estate brokers in San Francisco. Ultimately, I made the decision to list our properties for sale with you because I needed to hire the "Best Apartment Broker in San Francisco".
I am very pleased to say that you not only sold the buildings, but you exceeded our expectations. We had the buildings appraised for $23,000,000 by an MAI certified appraiser when we refinanced the buildings less than 1 year before. Through your marketing efforts, you were able to sell them for $28,000,000. Needless to say, we were impressed!
The escrow process was handled professionally by you and your team, from beginning to end, without a hitch.
