Isoa Moimoi is a Senior Financial Analyst of the Bay Area Multifamily team. Isoa focuses on existing multifamily and development assets in the greater Bay Area, he supports the multifamily producers by providing detailed financial analysis in underwriting & valuing multifamily assets while also compiling extensive market research data for clients.

Isoa holds a B.S. in Finance & Real Estate from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego. In college, he was a member of the USD Real Estate Society program and has taken several extension programs to expand his knowledge on the commercial real estate industry. Recently, Isoa obtained his California Salesperson License and looks forward to further add value to the team & clients.

Outside of work, Isoa enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, and being active whether it is working out, running, or hiking. Raised in the Bay Area, Isoa is a huge supporter of the Warriors, 49ers, and Giants.
