Henry is responsible for spearheading the financial modeling of multifamily assets, encompassing 5-unit individual assets to expansive 450+ unit portfolios. Having underwritten hundreds of properties, he has developed a keen understanding for San Francisco and larger Bay Area markets. In addition to underwriting, Henry produces a combination of quarterly and annual market reports as well as manages and maintains a market-wide database tracking multifamily activity.

When Henry is not supposing the Multifamily Investments Team, he enjoys open water swimming, surfing, spear fishing, and skiing, among other hobbies.
