Dustin Dolby is a Vice Chair at Colliers, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial investment sales and portfolio dispositions throughout San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area. Alongside his business partner, Brad Lagomarsino, Dustin leads the Colliers San Francisco Multifamily Team, one of the city's leading investment sales groups.

Throughout his career, Dustin has established himself as a prominent figure in San Francisco's commercial real estate market, combining extensive market knowledge, strong investor relationships, and a forward-thinking approach to investment sales. Together with Brad, he leads a team responsible for more than $6 billion in real estate transactions, representing over 19,000 residential and commercial units. The team has consistently ranked among San Francisco's top multifamily brokerage groups and led the market in 2025, accounting for over 65% of the total sales volume of multifamily properties containing 10 or more units.

Dustin graduated from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) with a degree in Financial Management. He remains actively involved with his alma mater, volunteering his time to engage with students, share insights on current real estate trends, and discuss the evolving commercial real estate landscape. His commitment to giving back reflects his passion for the industry and dedication to supporting the next generation of real estate professionals.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys playing golf, attending concerts, and hiking.
