Brad Lagomarsino is a Senior Vice Chair at Colliers and a leading multifamily investment sales broker in San Francisco. Alongside his business partner, Dustin Dolby, Brad leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial investment sales and portfolio dispositions throughout San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area.

Brad began his commercial real estate career in 1992 in Northern California, spending 10 years with CB Richard Ellis before joining Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco, where he worked for another decade. Throughout much of his career, Brad partnered with James Devincenti, a highly respected and prominent figure in the San Francisco commercial real estate industry. Today, Brad partners with Dustin Dolby, bringing together decades of industry experience with a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to investment sales.

Brad and his wife, Leslie, have two children, Ella and Robert ("Bo"). In his spare time, Brad enjoys playing golf and skiing.

Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers, Brad and his longtime business partner, James Devincenti, completed commercial real estate investment sales valued in excess of $1.5 billion, totaling over 6,500 residential and commercial units. Brad earned membership in Marcus & Millichap's prestigious "Seven-Figure Club" in 2006 and received nine sales recognition awards.

Since joining Colliers, Brad has continued to establish himself as one of San Francisco's leading multifamily investment sales professionals. Alongside Dustin Dolby, he leads the Colliers San Francisco Multifamily Team, which has completed more than $6 billion in real estate transactions representing over 19,000 residential and commercial units. Brad and Dustin have earned numerous industry accolades, including Colliers Everest Awards, recognizing top-performing brokers across the Americas, and multiple distinctions as leading multifamily brokers within Colliers North America.
