Mehdi Star began his career at Marcus & Millichap before joining the DL Team at Colliers International in 2014. Mehdi specializes in working with landlords to explore strategies that help his clients defer taxes, diversify their real estate holdings, and eliminate management responsibilities. He has been responsible for deferring hundreds of millions in capital gains taxes through the 1031 exchange process.
